Mark Schofield

Managing Director

Mark is the founder of MindAlpha, which he set up in 2020. With a thirty-year career in financial market analytics and senior management combined with an MSc in Behavioural Science (Distinction) from The London School of Economics and Political Science, Mark delivers unique insight into what makes organisations successful.

Lesley Mueller

Senior Research & Development Analyst

Lesley is the lead analyst on our diagnostic product development, driving the research that underpins our models and solutions. With a background in Organisational and Social Psychology, she is now eagerly applying her knowledge to help organisations overcome real-world challenges. Lesley is an expert in life balance and has a passionate interest in the role of wellbeing in motivation and success.

Kate Graham


Kate has a background in human resources and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. She has extensive experience in both private and plc environments and is highly regarded as a partner with an aptitude for challenging existing business processes with innovative, people driven solutions.
