Simon Allen

Senior Advisor – Data Centers & Digital Infrastructure

Simon brings over 25 years’ experience across the global data centre and digital infrastructure sector. He has worked extensively across operators, service providers, and the wider supply chain, developing deep insight into how complex, mission-critical organisations operate in practice. His experience spans large-scale infrastructure programmes, operational environments, and industry leadership roles, with a keen interest in the human and organisational factors that influence performance under pressure. At MindAlpha, Simon supports the application of behavioural analytics to help organisations better understand motivation, resilience, and decision-making - translating these insights into more reliable delivery, reduced risk, and stronger commercial outcomes.

Mark Schofield

Managing Director

Mark combines extensive expertise in building sophisticated diagnostic and measurent tools, gained in a highly succesful career in financial analytics, with ten years of senior management experience and an MSc in Behavioural Science (Distinction) from The London School of Economics and Political Science. He is an expert human motivation, psychometrics and decision making. This powerful combination allows Mark to deliver unique insights into what makes organisations successful.

Kate Bixby

Director of Operations

Kate has a background in human resources and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. She has extensive experience in both private and plc environments and is highly regarded as a partner with an aptitude for challenging existing business processes with innovative, people driven solutions. She is currently studying for a Masters degree in Forensic Psychology.
